The “Villa Brancoli Ovest” wing occupies the west (ovest) side of the villa complex, and can accommodate eight to ten guests. It has its own parking lot and its own access to the garden and to the pool. Its formal entry way gives access to the piano nobile (the floor level above the cantine or storage basements) of the oldest part of the complex.
- The entry way has views of the valley, historical paintings and antique furniture.
- The sitting room contains a writing area next to a fireplace, book cases, a comfortable sofa and easy chairs.
- The library/TV room also has a view of the valley. Opposite the fireplace, a collection of historical leather-bound books occupies a complete wall. The room has a TV with satellite reception, offering a variety of US and European stations.
- The high-ceilinged dining room has a view over the valley and gives directly onto the garden by way of a pergola of Tuscan-Romanesque columns.
- The kitchen suite consists of two connected spaces. One, next to the dining room, is the main kitchen where food is prepared. It is equipped with a stovetop (gas), oven (electric), refrigerator, and dishwasher. The other is the old coppaio, a naturally cool storage space (it still contains two huge terracotta olive oil jars) with a second refrigerator, a second dishwasher, a microwave oven, as well as a washing machine.
- A full bathroom on this level has a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.
The top floor has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms (two with a bath, one with a shower, all with toilet, bidet, and sink). All bedrooms have a view of the valley.
- Bedroom 1 has a double bed.
- Bedroom 2 has twin beds.
- Bedroom 3 has twin beds.
- Bedroom 4 has twin beds that can be joined into a double bed, a children’s bed, and a small sitting area overlooking the garden.
- Adjacent to Bedroom 4 is a foyer with a sofa-bed that unfolds into a double bed.
