The “Villa Brancoli Est” wing occupies the east (est) side of the villa complex, and can accommodate six to eight guests. It has its own parking lot and its own access to the garden and to the pool. Its entry way gives access to the sixteenth- to eighteenth-century part of the complex.
- The spacious living room opens directly onto the garden. It used to be the limonaia, the place where lemon trees were nursed during winter. Beautifully renovated, it now contains a sitting area with a sofa and easy chairs, book cases with old books, and a series of historic family portraits.
- The library/TV room has a fireplace and a TV with satellite reception, offering a variety of US and European stations.
- The dining room has a view over the garden and to the valley beyond.
- The kitchen of this wing contains the historical kitchen of the complex and includes a fireplace and some of the original period furniture. It is equipped with a stovetop (gas), oven (electric), refrigerator, and microwave oven.
- A small storage space on this level houses a washing machine.
- A full bathroom on this level has a bath, toilet, bidet, and sink.
The top floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one with a bath, one with a shower, both with a toilet, bidet, and sink). All bedrooms overlook the garden and the view of the valley beyond.
- Bedroom 1 is a stately suite. It consists of the bedroom proper, a separate bathroom (with bath, toilet, bidet, and sink), and small loft. It has twin beds and a sitting area.
- Bedroom 2 has twin beds that can be joined into a double bed.
- Bedroom 3 has twin beds that can be joined into a double bed, and a sitting area.
- A foyer on this level has a sofa-bed that folds out into a double bed.
