- Extended stay discounts: A 10% discount is granted on a second week; a 20% discount on any additional week(s).
- For rental periods straddling more than one rate season, the discounts may be applied to the week(s) in the season with the higher rate.
Included are electricity, gas, heat, weekly linen changes, and cleaning prior to your arrival, after your departure, and, for multi-week rentals, every Saturday.
When you arrive at Villa Brancoli the housekeepers will give you the keys, and you hand them a security deposit of $500 (for one week rentals) or $1,000 (for multi-week rentals). This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, subject to deductions for loss, breakage, or damage to the villa or its contents during your stay.
- Cleaning: Extra service is available at a rate of 12 Euros per hour.
- Cooking: If you want to have a meal prepared for you upon your arrival or during your stay, the housekeepers will shop and prepare meals at a rate of $12 Euros per hour per person. A list of their Tuscan menu repertoire is available upon request.
- Heating the pool: $350 per week (usually only necessary during part of the Shoulder Season; the pool is closed during the Low Season.)
